A few years ago I borrowed $1.5 million at around 1% from IBKR and bought a REIT that was yielding 6%. So I made the spread of 5% or $75,000 and this did not include the fact that the REIT went up quite a bit over that year. Plus I got the tax write-off on the interest.

We need to share more info like this here. My accountant told me about a jew client of his that cheats his taxes every year by suing his own company for insufficient compensation. The jew pays himself about $24k/ year -- the first $13k of which are tax-exempt for everyone -- so he only pays taxes on $11k of declared income. Of course, settlement money from a lawsuit is restitution, not income, so it's 100% tax exempt. The rat bastard does this every year!
This is the kind of stuff we should be sharing here. They also use things like family foundations to pool their money like the Rockefellers. So many American families are broke because they don't pool their money to build financial momentum. If more families did this, they could afford to let their wives stay home and raise their children off the interest alone. White, blue-collar Americans need to get smarter about their money and learn to pool their resources to beat the debt-driven, wage-slave system.
