"E pluribus unum" which is Latin for "Out of many, one" is the motto used on the seal of the US.

a fantastic example, but let's be honest. "Fasces" just sounds better

"Faggot" is a bundle of sticks used for fires. It referenced the fact that they deserved to be burned at the stake.

"Fasces" is a bundle of rods. The rods were used by centurions to discipline their soldiers.

Those are two different words. They are spelled the same but have different origins.

"Faggot" as a bundle of sticks is described correctly here. However, "faggot" as a homosexual is a corruption of the yiddish word "fagele" or "fegele". It was used in New York by the swarm of Eastern European jews that flooded the country beginning in the mid to late 19th century. Gentiles hearing jews talk heard the word and understood the meaning in the context and perpetuated its use. Quite a lot of yiddish entered the White lexicon this way, including "schmutz", "kibbitz", and "schmuck".

This is not conjecture, this is a fact. There is no connection between the two meanings for the word.

They are indeed. German yiddish incorporated a great deal of German, including the syntax and suffixes. "Schmutz" (dirty) means the same in both German and yiddish, but "Schmuck" means jewelry in German. This is why there are subsets of yiddish that are heavy with vocabulary from where it was spoken, like Poland, Germany, Lithuania, or Russia.

The word "faggot" comes from is German "Vogel" (pronounced fohgel) and "Vögel" (pronounced faygel, more or less) and means "bird" or "birds".

Word psy-ops are very effective, especially when they can use bot accounts to make words catch on and change meaning overnight. A big one from just the past few years is making people use "Women" as an adjective, effectively making men afraid to say "Female". It makes men walk on eggshells at the mere thought of discussing women, always having to check and self-police. The idea they promoted it with is that "Female" is dehumanising - this coming from the people who brought you "Male privilege" and "Male tears".

All of the big corporations started pushing it a few years ago. Youtube had front page ads "Celebrating women creators" and so on. It's so insidious that using "women" as an adjective is the norm now. Even people on here do it, saying things like "women doctors".

They tried to stop people from using the word female because they wanted to promote trannies. A female refers to someone who is biologically a female so a tranny cannot be a female even from a leftist arguement.
