It is a game where you are a criminal. It has been full of degeneracy since the first game; there are no surprises here.

If you ever played grand theft auto you are the architect of this. You were the cause. Grand theft auto is what told the gaming industry it would nigrify itself and instead of revolting, it would be embraced and celebrated.
The first 5 3D games actually had complex stories that had protagonists who struggled with moral dilemas.
