Ive recently been having some weird anxiety attacks, right now im both hot and shivering at the same time while having difficulty breathing. Please pray for me, if you can do a rosary for me, that would help.

Anxiety attacks can also result from things you've been putting off; like a difficult decision or some other obligation/ responsibility. Maybe take stock of anything you've been putting off. If you think it's medical, don't hesitate going to the ER. I'll pray for you, buddy.

I had a friend that started getting panic attacks. It was from caffeine. Poor dude had to quit his coffee.

to quit is quite the thing, isn't it?

No biggie. I always shut that dumb thing off. I don't have much, but they're *my* typos, damn it.

Im wonder if thats what it is with me, Ive always had some caffeine intolerance, but i wonder if mostly cutting it during lent except a couple of days resulted in my body not knowing what to do with it.

Coffee also depletes minerals and inhibits thiamine absorption. It definitely has negative long term consequences

Caffeine definitely increases stress levels. You can do a basic internet search for it. For most people, it's usually okay, but in some people it can induce panic attacks (overloaded on stress hormones). This is what happened to my friend. The panic attacks completely went away when he started drinking decaf coffee.

Memorize Psalm 23, Defeat your anxiety with the Word of God.
Verse 5 in particular
     You prepare a table before me
      in the presence of my enemies;
      you anoint my head with oil;
      my cup overflows.
I imagine Jesus calmly setting down silverware while the haters of God are just raging a few feet away, unable to come closer. He gestures to a chair and pours you some lemonade, while they impotently rage away.
Jesus is the Great Shepherd and He will protect you.
His Word helps me and it can help you too!

it might be a good idea to stay away from the internet for a while. Social media tends to give people anxiety.

you know best, but that just sounds like a flu or some sorta sickness. i don't think anxiety attacks are supposed to last very long - if this stuff does last long you should probably rest in bed for most of the day until it passes.

Oh my Jesus,
Forgive us our sins, Save us from the fires of hell and lead all souls to heaven, especially those in need of Thy mercy.

100% nutritional. Get some high dose magnesium and saturated fat in you. May also want some Nicotinic acid

Salts / electrolyte imbalance could make you feel "off"

Update: Im still sick, I went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me some anti-biotics. I havent started to notice much improvement, but it does seem the symptoms lessen when I lie down and close my eyes. Prayers are still welcome, if anyone wants to do a rosary for me, that would be much appreciated.
