There are plenty of studies showing that microplastics COULD BE harmful. There are plenty of studies saying that if they were harmful we think we know how they would be harmful.
This is NOT THE SAME as evidence showing that they actually ARE harmful.
For the record, your body is FULL of stuff that ACTUALLY IS harmful, as well as stuff that COULD BE harmful. You're breathing in toxins every moment of every day. There are harmful chemicals in the food you eat, the water you drink, even the stuff you touch. And not just chemicals either, bacteria and viruses (if they actually exist) and parasites and all sorts of things that we have yet to discover.
And that's IF you decide to live a natural lifestyle without having anything plastic within a 10 mile radius from you.
