Talent can come from unexpected places and discrimination can deny yourself great opportunity. "Don't judge a book by it's cover." The opposite of diversity is nepotism which leads to decay.
The people that talk about racial supremacy often do so out of ignorance. They are xenophobic and refuse to give others a chance. Enough experience with these Dunning-Kruger exhibiting supremacists can leave one jaded. (Mind the midwit effect: the retards are right but they cannot adequately explain their position).
