While I appreciate your sentiment, from a legal standpoint, the crime is "alleged" until he is convicted in court. To state it otherwise would open you up to libel.
I understand that it's all very jewish and I'm ready to burn it down as soon as everybody else is.
He confessed to killing Austin Metcalf, or at least stabbing him in the chest. That is not alleged (unless he's disputing his statements at the scene as recorded by at least one officer). What _is_ alleged is that he committed murder when doing so.
If you're going to make a pedantic, technical argument, you'd best not ignore any of the details.
