I almost posted this article. Maybe it finally hit him that his son was killed by a baboon who has no more remorse than for an empty paper cup one throws in the trash? While I appreciate your sentiment, from a legal standpoint, the crime is "alleged" until he is convicted in court. To state it otherwise would open you up to libel.

He confessed to killing Austin Metcalf, or at least stabbing him in the chest. That is not alleged (unless he's disputing his statements at the scene as recorded by at least one officer). What _is_ alleged is that he committed murder when doing so.
