St. Ambrose was literally a bishop, so in this case its more of the secular authorities cucking for the jews while the Church called them out on it, and Christians literally lit synagogues on fire.

It's not my fault already in AD 388 a Christian emperor was so cucked for jews that a bishop had to point it out. And it's not my fault two centuries later in AD 598 Pope Boniface issued the "Sicuit Judaeis" which made cucking for jews official Catholic church policy until the late middle ages, a policy which was restated and reissued by many popes who pledged the Catholic church was to protect and preserve jews.
