There is a very dysfunctional way in which we even form our communities to begin with. How can you be neighborly to people who basically just invaded your neighborhood and community without any qualification or vetting or application process? The very way and method by which White people allow their neighborhoods and communities to be formed today is DYSFUNCTIONAL and White people need to be held to account for that.
