These memes are always a huge misrepresentation, there wasn't an "off time" where they kicked back on a couch. They "only worked" 150 days a year because their main job was farming and that was the growing season. The rest of the year was spent working odd jobs, maintaining their land and property, and surviving winter. The Bible mandates one day off a week because people were otherwise working every day. While people worked harder back then they were happier because it was real tangible work that benefitted their immediate surroundings and not fake busywork that makes some magic numbers in a bank account go up every two weeks.

Fun fact: the people who invented the metric system, where every unit is a power of 10 - they also tried to institute a 10 day week specifically to prevent people from knowing when to go to church.
There were many festivals, pilgrimages, worked on crafts, played music, found various ways to have fun. https://www.ranker.com/list/free-time-for-medieval-peasants/kathy-benjamin
