Don't forget housing prices exploded. A house like this would have been around a half-million just 3 years ago.

Anyway, **this isn't his house. It is owned by MEREDDY SANDEEP & MANASA KUCHIKULLA** and has been since it was built, according to the county gov't. Keep looking - this is a decoy.
