If you don't ride the wave with them you will be swallowed by inflation.

See my previous comment about this stock fluctuation, if you'd followed my advice you'd be well off.

> As some sort of X/millennial, if you diversify your shit everything's still peachy. Gold went up 50% so if you have the age-old recommended 10% of your portfolio in metals, the +1.5*.1 beats the -.05*.9 from the probably temporary decline. Also if you have spare cash, since the dollar strength is mediocre, you can throw more into your favorite stocks while they're on sale.

Yep. Finance and Globopolitik would be great communities.

If I had time to delete a thousand comments about pajeets in lust with 1990 Brook Shields, I'd make communities myself.

I'd rather live conservatively and make do with less.

Inflation is insidious though. None of this is natural. If we were in our own country actually set up for us, we'd all be making 3 times what we do, or it would go 3X farther.

In Canada, our "Prime Minister" removed the consumer carbon tax and gas dropped 30¢/liter over a few weeks, meaning that's what we should have been paying the whole time.

Industrial carbon tax is still happening to food and goods; what would it cos if it were gone too?
