Typically about 6/7 years old. Public schools don't like to hold children back, give them to special ed, or discipline them, so I wonder what this little monster has done to be suspended so often.

It sounds like this is at a chartet school, which is why they're actually trying to discipline him.

Iirc, they still aren't allowed to expel students because it would force all the shitty students back into the public system, so that's probably why there are so many expulsions; they're trying to minimize the time this little monster is allowed around other students.
