In my experience its fairly correct. Women dominate the most useless jobs at work

It's been my experience as well. Most women fulfill trivial labor tasks, middle management, HR, or front of office work, often doing very little actual work compared to men. The most sane and productive women I've seen at work usually were in accounting, probably (I'm guessing) because they were more logic oriented.
