Another thing is to somehow quantify the relevance of the work they are doing. In general it's clear that if you'd remove all men, the company ceases to operate and *do* things. If you'd remove all women, it would be anywhere between "no change in net productivity" and "improvement."
I mean the 90% fired from Twitter were sure hordes of useless busybodies, most of which must have been women and various brands of shitskins.
