The whole point of Catholicism, as opposed to Protestantism, is that God has appointed a Pope who speaks for him.

You *cannot* say "the Pope is corrupt" without calling the entire institution into question. If you don't want to follow the Pope and instead look directly to Jesus and the Bible, guess what? You're a Protestant.

I don't know how they appeared because orthodox countries are far away and it didn't made sense for average german to convert. In Poland there are bearly any protestant churches and some Ukrainians as orthodox

did you convert from cath to orthodox? And also may I ask why to believe in it if it literally says that you can't kill your enemies and you let them fuck over you.
