Most women are normies, and with how strong the "girl power" and anti-patriarchy propaganda is, they will always listen to a woman over a man. It's sad, but even in my own family of right wingers, it's still true.

A revolution is dictated by a small group of men. Without women who espouse the ideas of said revolution raising them along with their fathers, it's markedly more difficult for this small group of men to be built in the first place.
Without women like this being ambassadors to their own community, the amount of women that can be propagandized is very low. When it comes to close relationships, yes, they will take the viewpoint of the man. However, if they have no make role model to tell them these things, they won't. And among strangers and casual friendships, they're infinitely more likely to listen to other women. Thus making the contribution by women who agree with us valuable and welcome.

The Bible instructs older women to teach the younger women, to pass on traditions, lessons, and proper behavior. The Bible acknowledges that women prefer to listen to other women. The same is true for men. The very first woman, Eve, thought she knew better than God, and Adam let her eat the apple, which brought all of humanity to sin. How women act is acknowledged by every culture. It doesn't matter how strong or weak men are. Women's proclivities can only be mitigated by law, and a properly ordered society, where men and women fulfill their specific roles. In that respect, you're right, that modern men tolerate and allow women free reign.
