Already had his licesne revoked for driving while intoxicated, intoxicated on PCP while driving with 2 other blacks in the car, driving erratically, the police attempt a routine DWI traffic stop but he flees, leads police on a high speed chase, they try to use devices to stop the vehicle - twice - but he swerves toward the officers on foot who deployed them nearly running them over, and when he is finally stopped he refuses to exit the vehicle, and as the police attempt to forcibly remove him from the vehicle he violently attacks them, and since he was on PCP he was extremely aggressive and felt no pain which made him very dangerous and would not be subdued without etreme force which was completely justifiable since this extremely violent intoxicated black man not only put the lives of everyone in the areas he had driven through in danger but he also attempted to run over at least 2 police officers and violently fought more during his apprehension. The person who took the video only turned on the camera after he had already been removed from the vehicle and still would not submit and surrender but rather kept fighting back. The 2 other black men in the vehicle remained calm and compliant and did not assault the police. Funnily enough, neither of them were harmed.
