100% agree. townie tavern where I know the cooks and the owner and that's about it. pretty much never eat out.

if you've worked in a restaurant kitchen you know. yes, even the 'nice' places.

Consume Product is not meanspirited. Being mean for petty reasons is not the Consume Product way. Lead by example, be the change you want to see.
