Which group of people commits the highest amount of crime

So maybe someone can take the average of crime statistics of each central and south american nation and extrapolate that out by an estimate of that amount of each nationality in America, illegal or otherwise. It'd take me a long time to do (and I don't even know if I could do it accurately), because that's not something I do every day.
