It wasnt Christian Mercy that did him in, it was the fact that Hitler wasnt Christian enough to realize that Mercy can only be given to those that ask for it. If someone is trying to kill you and makes it abundantly clear the only outcome is either his death or yours, the only Mercy you owe him is not prolonging his suffering and putting a swift end to him. What happened to Judea after they Judeans killed Christ is evidence as such, He gave them the chance to repent, they didnt, so he utterly annihilated them so as to make their ruined land a warning to what would happen to any other Nation that rejected Him. The moral weakness of Political Liberalism that even Hitler was infected with due to the time he was born into comes not from Christianity, which teaches the exclusion of the unrighteous from society, but rather from the secular religion of Humanism, which foolishly believes that all men are Good (when Christianity rightly teaches the opposite, most men are wicked and should be viewed with caution). Pagans converted because they respected the strength the Christians had, even when they were in the minority, of enduring all evil directed at them with patient resistance. Had the Judeo-Christianity concocted in the past century been the religion that the pagans were faced with, they would not have converted, because they would have recognized it as weak and fraudulent.

Just reeding mein kampf indicates Hitler was not only raised Catholic, he was in thought for the most part Catholic as well.
He obviously wasn’t, even if we’re going to argue he’s Christian he didn’t get along with the Catholic Church at all.
Him beefing with the Vatican isnt evidence of much, especially when he worked with it just as much as he antagonized it. Catholic leaders have clashed with the Vatican all the time, sometimes for good, sometimes for ill, and I firmly believe had Hitler worked closer with the Church instead of allowing some members of his regime to create friction with it, he could have won the war. Im not saying Hitler was the most pious Christian, but he certainly was a Christian, certainly moreso than most today.
