I don't know, I'm not from the US so I'm not overly familiar with your legal system. But from what commenters said on X, basically this means that even for things like fighting a speeding ticket in court there would have to be a jury?

If we could get rid of family court all together, that would definitely move the needle. I'd love that. Just let people figure it out on their own. Sure, it could get messy, but it already is! I doubt they'll ever grow the balls to get rid of the family court though. Too much money in it.
administrative courts in the USA are (unconstitutional) parallel legal systems filled to the rafters with grift, thievery, feminists, and other political activist judges.
they do things like put men in prison for the rest of their life for not paying child support. they do things like extort companies their friends/families don't like with environmental fees and judgements, or slow-rolling various licenses and inspections to extort money or simply crush someone's life.
taxation, dispensation of monetary benefits, environmental licenses, building inspection, child custody (feminist family court), involuntary commitment (getting sent to the crazy house by a vindictive ex-girlfriend), immigration decisions, summary public payments (other than fines imposed by general courts)
