it's a class issue, middle class and up are broadly getting and staying married, working class aren't. So depending on your class, you can set your expectations appropriately
regarding the women, I have hope for literally the possibility of every single person improving, but in practice this doesn't happen and a lot of normie women are kind of lost and hard to get to besides praying for them
regarding marriage, conpro guys aren't even trying to marry random normie women, you're looking for whatever your small number equivalent is of women who maybe redpilled or redpill-adjacent, so I guess you can be "blackpilled" maybe about a majority of people but that's not your "target audience" even; it was really helpful for me to come to this conclusion with respect to a lot of things in life (just finding whatever small amount of groups of people to collaborate that are broadly like you and not expecting a majority of people or groups to be compatible)

My standards for women are pretty low. Just "white, plenty of breeding years left, weighs less than double a healthy weight" and it's still months or even years between seeing a girl who fits those low standards and they have no need to settle, I'm sick of these sluts and their freedom.
Not much point in increasing my standards when I already can't get success, especially having as unrealistic of standards such as getting a virgin wife in the modern day when plenty of these sluts start fucking when they're still preteens without consequence, women are natural born liars so it's not like their word is worth anything.
Modern sexual laws are designed specifically to ensure that hard working men are denied the chance to have young love and get a virgin wife.

probably you have maybe other aspirational standards like not tattooed, virgin, not in major debt... (just suggesting as ideas)
it's chaotic out there, I guess a lot of men just need to not blame themselves especially if they are single through no fault of their own
