Nothing, because he actually did get into an art school, he was told to go into drafting school because he was better at landscapes than normal art. He probably would have ended up becoming aware of the JQ anyway since the jewish influence in weimar was so blatant.

The Germans were already antisemitic enough to exterminate every last jew in Germany. Without Hitler we might have actually gotten a real holocaust, at least in Wiemar Germany and maybe Poland entirely performed by the people.
Italy would have been fascist under Mussolini still. And Japan would have been antisemitic too while attacking the bugmen. Finland would have fought back against the commies, and Sweden would have had it's own concentration camps as they couldn't sell their kikes to Germany as slave labor.
It would have been a lot harder for schlomo to convince America and UK to go to war while nothing was happening in Europe, other than kikes being randomly killed in the streets. Perhaps the kikes would have tried to provoke a war anyway and in doing so kvetching loud enough to annoy even the Brits and Americans enough to turn the people antisemitic.
Of course this would be a dream scenario and highly speculative, but maybe the nature would have it's course eventually. Maybe the kikes are more dependent on a big government that people trust than they realize.
