A couple weeks ago someone posted a study that found that just trying not to think about the things that make you sad was way more effective than psychoanalysis. Would be very grateful if anyone has this.
When I'm thirsty on a dry spell, the best thing for me to do is to completely ignore women, I don't look at tits, I don't check out ass, I definitely don't watch anything with a woman in it. Otherwise my lust burns and stresses me out. The most stress free thing for me to do is to forget these hoes exist entirely until one shows up in my life wanting to get it.
Same thing with anything. If you're starving don't oogle a steak. Don't even think about steak. If you're thirsty don't think about water.
Modern psychology would say if you're thirsty, think about water all day long and constantly gargle sewage to replicate the feel of drinking.
