As I understand it, there's a theory that some of the lost tribes of Israel migrated to Europe, and that's why Europe converted to Christianity so easily.

i've been a bit on the fence about this theory. but theres more evidence for it than that modern 'jews' are the legitimate tribes, that much is for sure. but do go on

That's all I really know about it unfortunately. I've never delved into it much because it seems like one of those things that would be nigh impossible to prove either way.
