This is beautiful. I've made a post on Reddit. Asked a fucktard if he is ESL. All the flamboyant faggots got apeshit crazy right after it.

This is confirmed. If you want, just ask if the fucktard is ESL, and faggots will go apeshit.

Does ESL mean "English as a second language"?

Well, for me it's third actually. But I'd say it's pretty close to be as good as my primary language, German. It makes it a little difficult to express my thoughts, especially when English vocabulary comes to mind in German language, and I have to translate. But when using purely English, it's easier for me by now.

When programming or making notes, I use English only.

My Hungarian is not good. I'd say moderate or slightly above that.

What language do you think in?

Good question.

u/ScallionPencake Actually it depends... but I think in multiple ways. In words when it's about interpreting or expressing thoughts like now. Or when I intensely think about something (math, programming), then I even speak verbally alone. It has more gravitas and allows me to verbalize thoughts without them being fleeting. I usually do that outside, lying, without distractions.

Actually I think it's in German in these cases, but when it comes to writing and reading in English, it's in English, not some translated German. But it can be any of the 3 really.

I also think in images and indefinite thoughts. For example when I think of "corporate culture," I imagine the behaviors and thoughts of employees of varying levels, the playing along of ideologies, being unable to stand to your principles without getting fired, having to abide by incompetence, not putting in above normal effort, the incessant small talks, the hierarchical structure, etc. I wrote this as I converted these thoughts into conveyable words.

I don't know how other people think, so I just write it in more detail. Is it different for you?
