Its theoretically possible for a reprobate to repent, but only if enough holy people actually pray for him, and there arent many of the latter around these days while there are way too many of the former.

It's impossible. God refuses to listen to them. It's in the very name. They are reprobates because God has cut off all communication with them. It's just like pharoah. The name literally means "that which has been rejected and is no longer valuable'. They are absolute degenerates that will not turn from their path. Noah didn't beg God to not destroy Sodom and Gomorrah if he could somehow find a way to change the faggots minds. He knew better. He begged God to give him a chance to find 50/45/40/30/20/ and finally 10 righteous people. A literal serial killer doesn't turn from his killing. It's impossible.
