it was obvious in his body-langauge that he intended to do harm
mother should've grabbed the child and the father should've attacked (if the cops asked "i feared for my life and the life of my family!")
if this happened on his own land and there are no withnesses, grab a shovel and get rid of the nation of one pesky sand-nigger
if there ARE withnesses, that gets more a lot more tricky... overall do not put yourself in a situation like this and if you're euro-peon carry some self-defense tool (anything is better than bare hands, esp if the sand-nigger has a switch blade hidden in his pocket)
