I do not care to justify their wickedness by making excuses of ignorance and inability to determine right from wrong. What many don’t seem understand is that the races of perpetual darkness actively chooses to be wicked and reject God at every turn with exceptions proving the rule. They should have never been allowed on Christian lands and it was foolish to import them as cheap labor. There was a reason why God isolated them from the world for thousands of years.
In verse 44, Jesus says,
"You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it."
In 587BC, the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem and destroyed Solomon's temple and the Judeans were sent into exile. The people who later populated the area in 539BC were not the original Judeans and it is these people who brought with them the Teachings of the Elders, an oral tradition that would become the Babylonian Talmud.
