Corperate America is owned by the investment banks. Pretty sure it's not possible for an HK company to sell those ports to a US company without Blackrock, Vanguard, or State Street, etc involved.

Yeah, investment firms are modern day penny shavers. You cant do anything without them taking a cut and dictating your policy unless you want to remain at the mom and pop level (and even then I guarantee theyll try and gobble you up, like they did during COVID).
