nah, Iraq was completly destroyed like 20 years ago, they just didn't wanted to mantain army in Afghanistan so they just said fuck it and left like in Vietnam. And DEI thing is kinda true because there's lots of spics are in military just to get the green card.

No, we only do proxy wars with other nuclear powers. It's been that way since the Cold War because a country that thinks they're about to be ended will likely use mutually assured destruction if they can.
