Ate dinner with my parents today and they started talking about politics. They’re total Gen X MIGAtards, have absolutely no understanding of the world. I eventually interjected and told them I haven’t been impressed with Trump since he’s deported less illegals in his first month than Biden. They didn’t believe me, lol. They then started talking about Ukraine and how it’s good we aren’t going to be sending them money anymore. So I then told them Trump sent 2 billion to Israel very recently and that short-circuited their brains. My mom then said the usual bullshit about Israel being important to Christianity—which I immediately shot down by saying Jews hate Jesus and Christians.

I then had an argument with my dad where I was literally showing him passages straight out of the Bible and Talmud showing how the kikes killed Jesus, Jesus was boiling in shit in the Talmud, that Jesus wasn’t a jew, etc. and he STILL insisted I was wrong. They had no argument for what I was saying and my mom even said I was “becoming a woke liberal”. Like, what?

This is why I don’t talk politics with family, it’s pointless when they’re that old and brainwashed. Nothing will convince them.

it was pretty difficult for me to learn to stop talking politics with my family too, even more when they bring it up a lot. Like sending me silly memes from facebook or some other normie site with elon throwing roman salutes as if he's secretly some "Neo nahtzee". They have no response when i mention his desire to bring countless indians into the country. I have started simply changing the subject or ignoring them when they bring it up. It leads to nothing, no matter how hard i try and how much irrefutable evidence i present. A person who is demoralized cannot have their mind changed with evidence. The facts tell nothing to him

And of course you can still love your family and care about them, i do, but anyone claiming that the course our very society is taking is simply irrelevant when it comes to your relationship with your family is entirely clueless.

It does suck to see someone you love live in a lie, a fantasy land, and knowing that no amount of evidence or arguing will change their mind
