I think with women having useless roles, it's because they have to hire them due to whatever "equality" laws exist, so they create these "b/s jobs" for them. leftists unaware of this process of the 80/20 rule where a minority of people are ultra-productive and companies just have to hire people to avoid being "discriminatory". something to this effect
