This is the law that Trump is using to force aliens to leave the country. In short, ALL aliens living in the US must declare to the US where they are and what they are doing in the country. If they do not, they can be criminally punished.
This act was used in the past to prosecute communists. The jews worried that it would be used to start Nazism (anti-communism) in the US. THIS IS THE LAW THAT THEY WISH DID NOT EXIST!
If you are NOT a US citizen, and you are living in the US, you MUST tell the federal government where you are and what you are doing in the US AT ALL TIMES. Failure to do so will land you in prison!

Illegal Aliens MUST declare that they are here illegally and must EITHER self-deport or be deported. Trump said that if they do not register, they will NEVER be allowed to return. If they register and self-deport, then they will be told to go in peace and wait their turn in line to come back to the US if that is their desire.
