Another decent youtube channel is French cooking academy. This one shows more classical French cooking techniques which i find superfluous for day to day meals, but its a good resource for elevating your skill set.
Goyslop is when neither thought nor care is put into both the preparation and the resulting meal. Mass amounts of uncreative, soulless foodstuff strictly for nutrition.
Sargon made a good video on it just recently.
