Chef John “food wishes” you can find him on you and all recipes. He’s super corny but there’s no bullshit just straight to the recipe.

Second this one. Some of his recipes are goyslop adjacent but he does a good job emphasizing technique rather than just strictly following a recipe.

Another decent youtube channel is French cooking academy. This one shows more classical French cooking techniques which i find superfluous for day to day meals, but its a good resource for elevating your skill set.
