I thought the same. Only stuck in my memory because I respected the fact that she has a *real job* and at least hasn’t degenerated into merely an online whore like the majority of vTubers.

A very good point. Someone with a lifetime’s background in a subject “reacting” to a modern media statement about that subject wouldn’t be degenerate. It’d be sort of a “consultancy” role, similar to being called into a court to speak on that expertise, but for anyone to hear and learn.
Guy whose only lifetime job has been making facial expressions to others’ media, however...
they simply react, entertain, and engage in attention seeking behavior for shekels, which is borderline prostitution tier
