This is literally everything.
Military recruitment.
Police recruitment.
Fire fighting recruitment.
Boy scouts.
Etc.

Everything had to be made dumber and weaker and less responsible to have the way for women to join.

This is both a blessing and a curse, since it ensures that the state becomes weaker, less able to suppress the population.

Not that it will have to, mind you, since the whites in the population will be busy dealing with the brown people around them rather than relaxing because the state is incompetent.
