how does one tell a user on twitter from a bot or paid shill other than (((obvious signs))) of globohomo cuckoldry and 'zionism'?

seen a lot of them but i just cant quite piece together how to tell them all apart as quick as possible if these obvious red flags arent there. i want to just look at a profile and immediately tell them apart from real users as quickly as possible, but i cant so im looking for advice
