This makes zero sense. Priesthood is not exclusive to whites. The issue of having black priests was due to the problem of having a slave with authority over the master. This would have been unacceptable so American blacks broke from the Church and formed several heretical sects built entirely on their pride.
There are certain racial traits and relationships taken into account but the racial exceptions are not excluded from priesthood over their own people.
