Hungarian government has an agreement with the government of Philippines (and possibly other SE Asian countries) to import workers for their service and manufacturing sector. And that is just a small minority of incoming brownoids. There is also the usual flood of pajeets and assorted garbage from west Asia and even a few Africans.
