The scary thing is that he would unironically be better than any of the (likely fellow) "white" modernists. I think the reason the African Catholics tend to be more orthodox is that they've had to deal with persecution from Islam and literal demon worshipping savages who want to eat them, and so are under no illusions that there can be any brotherhood with those who reject Christ. Cardinal Sarah in particular is actually more White Nationalist than the entire USCCB, since I believe it was him that was on record saying nations have a right to enforce their borders and that negroes are needed in africa.

The blacks low IQ can sometimes be to their advantage, they can acquire virtue just as easily as they fall into savagery, but unfortunately they tend toward the latter without instruction. Hopefully theres enough of a traditional movement in Africa to provide the necessary instruction toward virtue.

Also, I doubt that a black that becomes cardinal has a low IQ. Let’s not forget that these are averages. As much as I despise the idea of a nigger leading Christendom, this might be the best thing to happen to it since Pius X.

Generally the requirements to become a cardinal filter out those with a truly low IQ, even to become a priest requires years of study. I have no doubt the modernists relaxed the standards, but its a near certainty that black priest is at least 80IQ (compared to the sub-saharan average around 60) while a black Bishop would probably be in the white IQ range.
