I think you are wrong on why Whites are more intelligent. Whites in past history used to be the Greeks and Israelites and they were intelligent without the harsh winters. Something about the Cold does a White man Good but that is not why our race elevated to the top

Many factors have influenced the evolution of higher IQs. Harsh winters likely had some effect, but it was probably mild—I grant you that. Though surviving them still required problem-solving and innovation.

It’s likely no coincidence that Scandinavian countries have the only well-functioning welfare systems, where most don’t exploit the system. But in present day Sweden, we do see immigrants doing just that.

Even mild cases of socialism never works in non-European countries; it always falls apart.
