You would think the Soviets would have instilled more self hatred among the German people in their occupation zone and as well as that communism being inherently cosmopolitan and globalist. Do you think Eastern Communism (remember as well Stalin reduced Jewish influence in the party during his reign) was better for Whites than Neoliberal Western Capitalism?

Because they actually LIVED through communism and know what it’s like. The rest didn’t (until now).
That’s a brain defect. I keep thinking it’s 30 years ago. The brain registers time (all numbers, really) logarithmically, so early life *feels* like it took longer than later life. Couple that with a lifestyle of… let’s call it crippling similarities and the passage of time doesn’t register at all until an old date pops up and you’re told it was longer ago than your brain remembers it being.
