Back in the Cold War there was an informal rivarly between the Air Force and the Navy. The generals and admirals had nothing better to do so they conceived an ill idea - let's train a female pilot to show the world that American womyn are as capable as men! At the same time the brass didn't want to lower the standards for females for fear of demoralizing the men... (imagine that)
It took years for a woman to pass all the tests, most notably the G-force test. 90% of men can't handle that stuff without blacking out and for a female it was thought impossible. But then - a miracle! After years of training (and fudging some tests I'm sure) the Navy proudly presented - the world's first female Jet Fighter pilot!
The celebration was short lived however. After 3 months Stacy (her real name long forgotten) attempted to land on an aircraft carrier, crashed and burned to death. This entire story was quickly memory holed out of embarassment. The brass continued to admit females to appease the liberals but made damn sure they won't be assigned to combat roles. Or so we thought...

The main issue with (((DEI))) is that they lower the standards to fill the quotas, resulting in incompetence just because the quotas are more important.
How many lawyers do we need, per capita? Maybe 1:1000? Same with doctors, engineers, business executives etc. We need even fewer politicians and scientists. Even teachers are something like 1:100.
How many mothers do we need? To replace the population, at least 1:1 and, since only women can be mothers, more like 2:1.
It is incredibly important that women have kids. We can find men to do the rest, or women can work after they're done, but absolutely none of these fields "need" women like motherhood does.

At best! I love this logic because you pointed out teachers, who are mostly women. The duties women may take on instead of motherbood instead are usually the easiest and least paid ones. Natural order, perhaps, but there are still rare exceptions such as infertility.

The mainstream worldview around DEI is that it is appropriately named: that the goal of DEI is to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. So therefore when someone criticizes DEI, the mainstream reaction/assumption is that they are against diversity, equity and inclusion. However this is backwards!
Even the most "antisemitic" regime in history allowed diversity and even had black scholarships. They allowed women to do whatever they wanted while still protecting them and encouraging motherhood. All races and cultures were included, EVEN JEWS.
(Some may argue that this was a weakness and that Hitler's compassion / leniency caused his failure and thus the downfall of western civilization. But that is another topic lol)
Compare this obvious display of tolerance and love for others with the current jewish "DEI". DEI is against diversity of thought, race and culture; DEI is against equity as it redistributes wealth unfairly, and it is against inclusion as it specifically excludes certain people (based entirely on race).
