When I was a kid I used to think this whole blame the boomers meme that was starting to pop up was just a pathetic cope for our own failures. But nope. The boomers that were actually good started militias and knew how bad things would end up getting. The 70s and 80s had huge a anti-militia movement sponsored by government. Many people went to jail and some even died. Most of the militias became disbanded or loosely organized.
