this. the real issue is inflation. pennies are useless. they cost more to make than they're worth, and not doing a whole lot when it comes to actual use. cash payments are not even 15% of consumer transactions now, and the bulk of transactions that are still cash are either machines accepting quarters or even dollars... and drugs.

so if the Js are saying their prophet will come when currency is inflated to shit, then I totally get that. they're the ones pushing it.
