Hello, fellow consumers,
I've been wanting to bring the Weekly Threads back for some time, we haven't had one in over two years at this point, almost three, and that really felt like the beginning of the end. So, I suppose here they are again, albeit unofficially.
# This Week's Discussion Theme: Consoom USAID
Federal aid to foreign countries has been mostly stopped, and thanks to DOGE we now know where this money has been going. From what I've seen, support for ending USAID has been nearly across the board positive, but let's hear what you have to say, the finer details. Remember to be civil and respectful, this is discussion, not a flame war.
Discussion ideas:
- What are some of the negative consequences cutting USAID money may have? Yes, getting our tax dollars out of the Congo seems smart, but could it backfire?
- What do you think or hope will happen as a result of the money returning back to America? Will it benefit you, will it pay off the elite, will they find another way to funnel cash to Israel?
- What are some things that you suspect USAID funded, that's only obvious now? The porn spam on 4chan has apparently stopped, and a lot of ConPro has up and vanished.
If you want, you can put an idea for next week's discussion in the comments.
It's the process of assembling information to generate predictions about the future, which is naturally uncertain. The alternative is to think nothing and live in the present. And then get surprised by whatever happens in the present.
But that's why I listed things Trump should do, does not do and will not do, which even you should be able to understand.
> rational people
> is really just some sort of Tallest_Kile doomer trick
The difference in intelligence between you and TallestSkil is roughly the same as between an average nigger and you. And this is not meant as an insult, he is obviously among the top ~2% of smartest Whites on the planet. And so am I.
> Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
It's not extraordinary. The claim is this: "Things continue as they did before." To believe this is the most simple, rational expectation. Believing things would radically change is an actual extraordinary claim.
If you want to know what true change is, which would contradict that claim, see Hitler and National Socialist Germany. They lifted Germany from utter misery into a wealthy world power which people loved.
Do you think Trump would bring change significant as they did? If yes, guess what, you have to make (paraphrasing you) "claims that are just imaginary from fantasy land where you expect rational people to believe everything."
Here: Tell me what Trump is going to do, and I won't even demand any evidence, and then let's see if that's enough.
I've already shut this argument down, same as you have. No amount of evidence, rebuttal or concession will be enough for this cheerleader.

The 80 billion of USAID is less than a fraction of one percent of even just americas GDP. (((They))) run global usury institutions that hold entire continents under their thumb. The world GDP is supposedly around $100,562,000,000,000.
OH NO!!!!! MY 5 DOLLARS!!!
I'll do it on your behalf. He's not disagreeing with you, he's lying. He's purposefully choosing to omit or remain ignorant about certain criteria in order to punch out his next asinine comment.
Then he quibbles on meaningless minutia.
Example: u/steele2 thinks 0.002637% of an entire quantity, is a lot. $80 billion would sure be a lot to you and me, but for those at the top of the global pyramid, it's like sacrificing a pawn or losing a $50 bet.
